Our Story: A Family-Owned Tradition
East Hill Pizza is a local, veteran family-owned business founded by Darlyne and TJ Zoltak. Dedicated to serving made-from-scratch, homemade pizza in a cozy, relaxing environment, the couple transformed Chubby’s Pizza into East Hill Pizza, opening its doors on September 12, 2018. With roots in Pensacola, Darlyne and TJ also run HH Realty and Pensacola Air Flight School, showcasing their passion for the community and entrepreneurship.

From providing free lunches to schoolchildren during the pandemic to donating pizzas to the homeless and supporting local charities, we strive to make a difference in Pensacola.
